We have been established for over 30 years. Pay:   You will be paid in several ways as an   independent contractor , which has several tax benefits. Here are the components: Daily pay   - The higher of 30% of your production or your base every 2 weeks. We pay 30% of your last 2 weeks of production, vs. industry-standard of 3 months or longer, which is in the dentist’s favor.
