Job Description
Lake Eye Associates is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate full-time Optometrist to work with our fully integrated provider team and support staff in central Florida. Join our expanding team of 5 ophthalmologists and 3 optometrists providing care at 7 clinics and our wholly-owned, ophthalmic surgery center housing state-of-the-art technology. For over 40 years, Lake Eye Associates has provided exceptional eye care to patients located in the greater central Florida area.
Highlights
· Join a fast-paced, high-volume optometric practice (busy ODs see +20-30 patients per day)
· Option of a 4 day work week; NO weekend clinic hours
· Full dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic support
· Central Florida is home to charming neighborhoods, unique town centers, and no state income tax
Compensation
· Highly incentivized compensation plan (mature practices yield +$200,000 in compensation)
· Generous starting bonus
