A well-connected, well-respected Optometry practice is looking for an Optometrist who wants to provide full scope of care in this beautiful area of Virginia.

We are in a county of 24K people, and we pull patients from outside the county. We are booked out for 2 months!

Highlights

·       Expect to see 15-20 patients / day, initially, with a wide range of cases, such as primary care, corrective lenses, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.

·       Work 4 days / week and 2 Saturday mornings / month.

·       We have an extensive network of specialists to refer cases to.

·       Great mentor!

·       Fantastic support staff and technicians with low turnover – Some of the staff have been with the practice for over 25 years!

·       Optical shop

·       We are on the auxiliary staff of the local hospital – We are the only eye doctor in the area.

·       We use state-of-the-art equipment and currently have SLT and YAG lasers waiting for the State of Virginia to give us final approval to use it.

A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered and the free use of a townhome for the first year will be offered as you get settled in the community.

The owning Optometrist would like to find a doctor who is willing to explore this wonderful opportunity and consider a long-term fit. If it is an opportunity you want to pursue, he is willing to let you earn shares of the practice so that you can own it outright in 5-7 years with no out of pocket expense.

It is a fantastic place to raise a family and if you want to experience the big city or catch a flight, Dulles International Airport is 1.5 hours away and Washington DC is less than 2 hours away.
