We are a healthcare organization that provides help to the community of Panama City.  We have an opening for a medical / comprehensive optometrist at our Panama City location.  You will have the opportunity to provide cutting-edge eye care in our clinic, equipped with the latest technology. Responsibilities:

·       Perform comprehensive eye examinations, employing advanced diagnostic techniques using state-of-the-art equipment.

·       Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions, ensuring optimal visual health for our patients.

·       Prescribe and fit contact lenses, eyeglasses, and other visual aids, enhancing patients' quality of life.

·       Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and the proper use of eyewear.
Foster seamless collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.

·       Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, ensuring accuracy and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

·       Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program.

·       An unrestricted state license to practice optometry utilizing therapeutic pharmacologic agents.

·       Valid state license to practice optometry in Florida, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.

·       Proficient in the latest optometric practices and technologies, with a keen eye for detail.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong patient rapport and team collaboration.

·       Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
