We are seeking an Optometrist (OD) who delivers strong patient care, works efficiently, communicates clearly, and brings a solid work ethic. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for the right doctor, including favorable consideration for a future sublease arrangement.
· 4-5 days per week
· Saturdays required

· Provide full-scope comprehensive eye exams and patient-centered care
· Diagnose and manage ocular disease, with particular focus on dry eye when appropriate
· Participate in myopia management care plans and patient education
· Document accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong patient flow
· Communicate clearly with patients and team members to ensure an excellent patient experience
· OD degree from an accredited optometry program
· California optometry license (or in process)
· Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellent patient care
· Efficient, reliable, and consistent with a strong work ethic
· Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional chairside manner
