Job Description
Well-established, multi-faceted surgery center with annual revenues of approximately $3 million. Adding this ASC and clinic with additional surgeries to your existing group or hospital would expand your geographical footprint.
This opportunity includes:
- Ambulatory Surgery Center with 2 operating rooms and 8 recovery bays – Strong and expanding contracted anesthesiologists and surgeons providing general surgery, plastic surgery (facial, abdominal, and breast surgery) and podiatry. More than ample room to add other surgeries; currently operating at 40% capacity.
- Certificate of Need approved by the Department of Health – This Certificate of Need approves the establishment of a two-operating room ambulatory surgery center in East Pierce County. Surgical services provided include general surgery, ENT, gastroenterology, gynecology, plastic and hand, podiatry, light ortho, pain, ophthalmology, oral surgery, vascular, and bariatrics.
- Clinic – Two separated clinics with six exam rooms and two nursing stations. Large enough to support current volume of patients with room for growth into other surgeries. One clinic, Suite 203, with three exam rooms, is available for lease. Surgeons interested in expanding may lease on a per day or per case basis. Clinic is also operating at 40% capacity.
- Real Estate – The 10,194-sf building may be for sale or lease. Suite 203 is available for lease as noted above on a per diem or per case basis.
- Growth Opportunity – There is opportunity to grow the center with the addition of other surgeries in the center. There are ongoing discussions currently with several surgeons and surgery groups. With Good Samaritan Hospital located 100 yards away and having the 7th busiest emergency room in the nation, and 225 existing beds (with expansion to an additional 160 beds in the works), there is ample opportunity for patient care in Pierce and surrounding counties. The center is located in the medical zone that allows 24-hour stays.
