Endurance Physical Therapy isn’t your typical PT clinic. We’re a small, high-impact team known for being compassionate, thoughtful, and relentlessly curious. We believe in spending time where it matters most—one-on-one with our patients—and fostering a workplace where clinicians actually enjoy coming to work.
Founded by a USC DPT and Kaiser Orthopedic Residency grad
Out-of-network model with full-hour, one-on-one, individualized sessions
Patients range from endurance and strength athletes to everyday movers
Rapidly growing practice shaped by employee and patient feedback
At EPT, you’ll enjoy:
Real autonomy — set your schedule freely (no “time-off request” forms needed)
Dedicated mentorship — structured mentorship and collaboration, 2+ hours a week
Room to grow — support for your professional goals, whether clinical, creative, or entrepreneurial
Every member of our team is:
Respected for their individuality and input
Heard when sharing ideas and feedback
Supported as a clinician and a person
Degree and CA licensure as a physical therapist in good standing
BLS/CPR certified
Ideally 1+ year experience, but new grads considered as well!
