We are seeking a dedicated Optometrist for our Tillamook, Oregon office. This is a full-scope practice with a high volume of medical and pre/post-op visits, allowing you to utilize and expand your clinical skills. Our approach is to provide the right person with the tools and resources to succeed, then step back and let them excel.
Autonomy & Support: Serve as the primary doctor in the Tillamook clinic on most days, with the ability to practice autonomously. You will be backed by a supportive team, including three other ODs and an MD available for consultation and fellowship.
Ownership Pathway: For those interested in long-term commitment, discussions regarding pathways to equity partnership and long-term ownership are available.
Ideal Candidate: We welcome applications from new graduates and the class of 2026 who are genuinely excited about both the position and living in a vibrant, welcoming coastal community. Professionals with a passion for the area tend to thrive and have a lasting impact.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / year
Work-Life Balance: No evening, weekend, or on-call coverage.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Flexibility: Flexible 3-5 day work week available, accommodating your preference for work/life balance.
