Physical Therapist

Position Summary

Washington Health - Washington Outpatient Rehabilitation Center
is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist. We offer competitive compensation

Shift is from 8:30 AM -5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and treatment goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercise programs and self-care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Note: Experience or certification in trigger point therapy is a bonus but not required for this position.
