Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

FAMILY MEDICINE/INTERNAL MEDICINE: Federally Qualified Health Center located in San Diego County has TWO  openings for Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician. This position reports to the chief medical officer and provides the full scope of primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care to its patients. The candidate should be board eligible in Family Medicine  or Internal Medicine and working toward certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Competitive base salary, CME education, Four weeks paid vacation, year one, 403K plan, No evenings and weekends, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. • Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
• Conduct patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, behavioral health specialists, and case managers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to organizational goals.
• Educate patients and families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
