Our practice is a physician owned private practice and we're excited to hire a talented Optometrist who wants to join a thriving, growing practice in Western North Carolina. We have been serving this community for nearly 40 years.

We seek a dedicated team player with the desire to serve a wide variety of patients in an environment focused on excellence with compassion.  Our 4 doctors surgeons include two cornea/anterior segment specialists, and we perform a significant volume of cataract surgery using the latest lenses as well as MIGS procedures.  Our ODs perform routine exams and handle medical optometry patients.  Our Optometrists manage contact lens fittings including scleral lenses.

Our practice has two offices in Hendersonville and Brevard, North Carolina, which are close to Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC. Both offices have 8-9 exam lanes, EHR and full service optical.

Qualified applicants should be optometrists who are currently or are eligible to be licensed in the state of North Carolina. The ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff is highly valued. Continuing education is encouraged and supported by our practice and staying current on new treatments and technology is of utmost importance. The compensation package will allow a motivated practitioner to earn a generous income. The first year will enjoy a guaranteed base with easily attainable bonus structure. We have Heidelberg OCT, Humphrey Visual Field, numerous soft and hard contact lens fitting options, in house optical with revenue sharing, and OptiLight.  We have a wonderful support staff. You will have dedicated work up technicians and providers utilize scribes, who are also trained technicians, to promote efficiency and maximize your patient interaction time. 

We enjoy a loyal patient following and steady referrals from primary care physicians and optometrists. We all use scribes and technicians to maximize our efficiency and improve the quality of our time with patients.
