Headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon, Infinity Rehab provides clinically intensive, comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy in the sub-acute, long-term care, and outpatient environments. We employ more than 1,000 therapists and serve approximately 200 sites in eighteen states.

Our roots are from the clinically intensive rehab model of a sub-acute program:  for skilled facilities whose patients’ needs are intensive and complex, we offer contract rehab services, and, for retirement campuses, we provide a systematic outpatient rehab program focusing on prevention and optimum health of residents.
