Petaluma Health Center is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center located in South Sonoma and West Marin Counties.  We have several medical and dental clinic sites in both counties and provide care for over 40,000 medically under-served patients.  We have just added to our clinic locations a dedicated Optometry Office - for which we are excited.
