Shasta Cascade Health Centers (SCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center situated amongst
the natural beauty of Mt. Shasta in Northern California. For over 20 years, through our three health
centers in southern Siskiyou County, we have provided quality medical, dental, behavioral health and
specialty care to people of all ages, backgrounds and income levels. We take pride in treating our
