OrthoNorCal, Inc. is a group of 16 Physicians with 4 locations in Northern California and is quickly becoming the regional leader in orthopedic care. We are conveniently situated between San Francisco and Monterey, California. OrthoNorCal, Inc. is focused on providing superior quality service and care to its patients and the communities. We are state-of-the-art orthopedic practice focused on providing the community with specialty orthopedic care. Our practice is a full-service provider of comprehensive bone, joint, and muscle care, with state-of-the-art facilities located across Silicon Valley and the North Monterey Bay region. Our goal is to continue our mission in providing our patients with the highest level of care and compassion they deserve in a personalized setting.
We are currently seeking energetic and talented PA-C’s or Nurse Practitioners (mid-level providers) who will work directly with our Physicians to provide clinical support in all aspects of patient care including first assist at surgery, office/clinic patient evaluation, H&P’s, hospital rounds/consults, pre- and post-operative management, evaluate and interpret X-rays, MRI’s and other clinical diagnostic tests. Our mid-levels may have some call responsibility depending on the provider or practice needs and typically run parallel clinics with our Physicians. Surgical experience is required and orthopedic experience is preferred. Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
Qualified candidates must be NCCPA or CANP certified and possess a California license and DEA certificate. Compensation is competitive with an incentive-based bonus structure. Full benefits package includes PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) and Profit Sharing.
