Busy primary care clinic is looking for a primary care provider to assist busy physician with patients in the clinic and in the hospital. We prefer someone who has experience with chronic care management in the geriatric population. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about patients and will help them with all aspects of their medical health including but not limited to annual wellness exams, refilling prescriptions, chronic care visits, vaccinations if needed, anything else that is related to direct patient care. PCP candidate must be willing to learn to use EHR system.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Negotiable, Commensurate with experience

COVID-19 considerations:
In office visits require patients to be vaccinated. Unvaccinated patients are requested to make use of telehealth option until further notice. Patient rooms are disinfected/sanitized after use.
