Multi-location practice looking for Associates. 

Offer for Full-time Associate: 

• Base Salary: $130,000  
• 401k with up to 4% match
• Health Insurance
• Auto stipend: $500/month
• Continuing education allowance: $1,500/year
• 2 weeks paid vacation year 1 
• 3 weeks paid vacation year 2
• In year 3, the associate can either add a production bonus or go to full production pay. 

 Offer for Part-time Associate

• negotiable

 Schedule: 

• Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00PM (usually done by 4:30)
• Every other Friday 8:00am-2:00PM

About the Practices: 

We have two offices located north of Spokane Washington in the towns of Newport and Colville. Both offices take pride in using state-of-the art technology to serve their communities. Both locations have 3 complete exam lanes, OCT, Visual Field and Optomap retinal imaging available, as well as Icare tonometers. Rurally located, both practices offer full scope care with an emphasis on glaucoma management and dry eye disease with robust optical departments.

About the communities: 

-Newport, Washington is located about 45 minutes north of Spokane on Hwy 2. The area offers multiple ski resorts including 49 degrees North and Schweitzer as well as an abundance of outdoor activities including hiking, fishing, camping and watersports on the local lakes and rivers. 

-Colville, Washington is located just over an hour north of Spokane and is the regional medical hub. Colville sees patients that drive 2-3 hours for their medical care. It is located near 49 degrees North ski resort as well as Lake Roosevelt for abundant outdoor recreation. 

An associate with our practice has the luxury of choosing to live in the larger metro area of Spokane and commute to work or live in either Newport or Colville for more rural living with less commute. 

Our ideal candidate is someone who is personable and loves the challenge and variety of full scope practice. We are looking for someone who prioritizes work-life balance and wants to practice in underserved communities. We need a person who is comfortable with commuting at least two days per week. Most importantly, we need a team player who fits into our company culture, likes to have fun, brings energy to work and strives to constantly learn and improve as a physician.
