Nationwide Vision seeking optometrists for Phoenix Metro, Tucson Metro, Yuma, Lake Havasu

        We are the largest provider for eyecare in Arizona and have been in practice for over 35 years. We offer a high guaranteed wage plus a substantial bonus program including $400 per patient for LASIK comanagement, 15% of medically billed exams, and $25 per eye for cataract surgery comanagement. Optometrists are allotted 7 paid holidays, 3 paid personal days, 3 paid CE days(every 2 years), and several weeks of paid vacation(amount depends on seniority). In addition, there is full coverage for license fees, DEA certificate fee, malpractice insurance, and optometric society fees. Other benefits include medical/dental, 401K, short and long term disability, life insurance, and various other options.

        We use a well organized EMR system. Extensive pretesting is performed by a technician including patient history, chief complaint, NCT, visual acuities, angles, fusion, phorias, stereopsis, color vision, visual field screening(FDT), pupils, lensometry, blood pressure, autorefraction, and mydriatic drop instillation(if desired).  Advanced instruments(imaging, threshold visual fields, specialty contact lenses, punctual plugs, etc) are available for use if desired in order to provide more complete patient care and to generate further income.
