The Native American Rehabilitation Association (NARA) is private non-profit that provides culturally appropriate physical & mental health services and substance abuse treatment for Native Americans, Alaska Natives and other vulnerable people. Since 1970 we have provided culturally sensitive care and treatment to the urban Native American population in the Portland metro and surrounding areas.
