$200,000/year optometrist wanted

Eye Center of Montana, LLC, located in Billings, Montana needs a part-time or full-time optometrist. The full-time position comes with base pay of $125,000 with the potential to earn $200,000+/year, based on doctor productivity, not sales. With the higher pay, we take into consideration that, while productivity is important, we value high quality work, spending more time with patients who need extra attention, seeing 2 patients/hour, sometimes 3/hour.
