Altitude Eye Care is an optometry group with three practices locations in the southeastern Denver, Colorado, area.  All practices are comprised of independent doctors of optometry located next to LensCrafters, with co-owners Chad Nicholson, OD, Kristen Nicholson, OD, and Joshua Goetz, OD.  The original location, Altitude Eye Care at Southlands (formerly Southlands Vision Associates), was founded in 2006.  Altitude Eye Care at Park Meadows was the next sister location, with Altitude Eye Care at Castle Rock joining the group in October of 2020.
