Dr. Convertino is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (1998) and Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry (2004).  He completed his residency training in hospital-based optometry and ocular disease at The Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville (2005).  He is a published author in January 2007 Review of Optometry.  Dr. Convertino has been recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (2009).  He is an active member of the Florida Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, and Palm Beach County Optometric Association
