Pinnacle Medical Group offers personal care by primary care physicians and at their Urgent Care Centers.  Currently with five clinical practice sites with family, internal and pediatric providers; and four urgent care clinics throughout San Bernardino County.  We are growing rapidly within the community because we CARE.
