Meet Kyla, our front desk receptionist. Kyla welcomes patients both in person and on the telephone. She maintains the appointment schedule, filing system and keeps the front desk an efficient and friendly area. She directs the patient to next step in the examination process.
Dian is the assistant office manager and performs optometric duties. With the latest instrumentation, Dian gathers pertinent information for the optometrist, helps with frame and lens selection, and instructs patients in the care and use of glasses. She repairs and adjusts glasses so they fit comfortably and instructs patients in contact lens care.
Anah performs secretarial duties, assists at the front desk and pretests patients. She also handles correspondence and inputs Medical Service Plan data.
Krysta is an assistant to the optometrist and other staff. She directs patients at the front desk, performs pretests on patients, helps with eyewear selection, and fits and adjusts new glasses.
Tanna performs specialty visual field assessments and is in charge of office décor. She also assists Jacquie, the office manager.
Jacquie is the office manager. She assists the optometrist and other staff in pretesting, fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selecting of new eyewear as well as front desk reception. Jacquie schedules the staff, and coordinates office procedures providing the best quality care and service to patients. She is also responsible for accounting and office finances.
