Family HealthCare Network is a private non-profit network of 13 outpatient health centers.  As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are accredited as a primary care, Level 3 Patient Centered Health Home by the Joint Commission and the NCQA.  As a provider, you will be supported by pediatricians, family physicians, OBGYN's, dentists, and other anscillary support staff.  We will be opening a new health center this summer and are actively recruiting 5 midlevel providers.  Please contact me for further details regarding our positions.
