Space Sharing Opportunity
I have a 2000 sqft office in La Mirada on Imperial Hwy operating continuously since 1987 located in the Imperial Medical Plaza. There is a 30 x 40 foot PT bay  for modalities and rehab, 4 treatment rooms, business office, etc.  75% of my patients come between 3 and 7pm. I see a limited number of patients Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9am and 12:30 pm. The office is mostly vacant in the mornings until 3pm.
I am looking for a space sharing arrangement.  I believe a PT would be a good fit either as a satellite for an established practice or as a start up for  a new DPT.
I have an orthopaedic, evidenced based approach and have worked closely with the medical community in my area for all of my 31 years in practice.
