Specialty practice devoted to the diagnosis, treatment and management of painful conditions using medical management with systemic and topical agents, diagnostic and therapeutic injections, physical rehabilitation, cognitive behavioral therapy, implanted spinal infusion and spinal cord stimulation systems.  

Currently two physicians and two physician assistants work in a collaborative and supportive environment.  There are regularly scheduled provider meetings to discuss clinical topics and current patient problems as well as to review diagnostic and treatment protocols.

Mid level providers receive specific training in the differential diagnosis of presenting pain problems, musculoskeletal and neurological examination, use of topical and systemic anjuvant pain medications, nonopioid and opioid analgesics, indications for referral to cognitive behavioral therapy, indications for diagnostic and therapeutic injections, trials of spinal medications and spinal cord stimulation.
