Cucamonga Valley Medical Group, Inc. is a group dedicated to the well-being of patients and their families.  We are a family practice based group with physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.  Offices are located in Fontana and Upland, with a third location in Eastvale by the end of 2014.  We are looking for an experienced PA-C with at least 2 years of experience in the family practice setting, to become an integrated and productive member of our team.  Preliminary job description includes having an open schedule to see work-in patients, and to be involved with the overall healthcare demands of our community of patients.  Salary is competitive with additional perks including coverage of license renewals and conference attendance.
