Gallup Vision Source—a private practice in Gallup, NM—is looking for a second optometrist interested in successful practice ownership. The ideal candidate will start Summer 2014, work alongside Dr. Blake for 2015-16, and transition into the role of primary optometrist/owner by the start of 2017.

It is a highly successful private practice and this could be an excellent opportunity for the right person. Having said that, we practice in a unique environment. Gallup is the largest "border town" on the edge of the largest Native American Reservation in the country. 

The ideal candidate will have an interest in successful private practice ownership, possess a strong work ethic and business acumen, enjoy the outdoors (mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, etc.), and have a desire to live in a culturally diverse and [somewhat] rural southwest community. An ability to happily live without the 'must haves' of big city living is a plus.
