We are in search of a full time Mid-level Provider (NP or PA- C) to join our healthcare team. The NP/PA  provides urologic care through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Urologists.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient, reviewing medical history, and performing an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting
• Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by physician for the purpose of determining management and treatment of patients. Consult with physician as appropriate.
• Assess and diagnosis urological conditions
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine
• Provide patient education
• Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort to provide optimal patient care
• Maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes
• Document appropriately and communicate with the appropriate physician in a timely manner as required, including, but not limited to: evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports,  treatment notes, and other reports as requested

Skills:

• Communicates clearly and in a supportive manner with patients regarding condition, prognosis, health needs, and available services
• Knowledge of ERM systems
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Experience and Education:

• Current NP or PA-C  license
• Master's Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant program required
• Minimum of 2-5 years experience as a mid-level provider in a urology setting preferred
• Current BLS and CPR certification required.
