The Whittier Rio Hondo AIDS Project (WRHAP) is a private nonprofit 501(c)3 organization serving persons living with HIV/AIDS and LGBTQ youth in southeast Los Angeles County.  WRHAP's programing focuses an outpatient medical home for approximately 300 persons living with HIV/AIDS and operates the Christopher Wahl Center in Whittier, which is a community center housing WRHAP's HIV prevention, HIV screening, and counseling programs.
