Central Urgent Medical Care has two locations to serve our patients, one is located at 8891 N. Central Ave, Montclair, California and the other is 9696 Baseline Road, Rancho Cucamonga, California.  Both locations are open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. We are open most holidays. We have an xray, ultrasound and echo department with on site lab and pharmacy.Our staff is friendly and bilingual.
