FamilyCare Health Plans is a non-profit organization based in the heart of Portland, where we are dedicated to supporting healthy adults, children, and families through innovative systems. We offer affordable, high quality, patient-centered health plans to Oregonians eligible for benefits through Medicare and Medicaid (Oregon Health Plan).

At FamilyCare, we serve over 50,000 Oregonians from diverse backgrounds, with a broad range of needs, ensuring their health care requirements are satisfactorily and efficiently met. We assign Care Coordinators who work one-on-one with members to assist in identifying potential barriers to access and finding acceptable solutions. Our goal is to connect members with the personal health care services they require, implementing fully integrated mental, physical and dental care services to ensure comprehensive patient care. FamilyCare is proud to be the first plan in Oregon to integrate mental and physical health coverage into one standard plan and to be certified as the first Coordinated Care Organization in the tri-county area under the Oregon Health Plan.
