Familia Dental is a first class private group practice in the state of Illinois and now expanding in Texas, New Mexico and Indiana. We manage all administration, marketing, quality, financial and operations tasks for all of our clinics. Therefore, our doctors can focus on dentistry instead of the needs of a small business. Compensation:
Base Pay:  $120,000 - $200,000
Higher end of guaranteed base pay or 30% of production for an annual salary in excess of $350,000
