Horisons Unlimited Health Care are Rural Health Clinics in areas surrounding Merced.  Locations include Gustine, Livingston, Los Banos, Chowchilla, Mariposa, and coming soon to Merced.  Established in April 2004.  We are a faith based organization.  Our clinics offer not only general family practice to our patients but many specialties including Weight Loss, Psych, Pain Management, Hep C, Lipid Control, DM, Acupuncture, and Dental.  We have on staff  cardiologist and gastroenterologist for easy referrals. Each clinic has Clinical managers that are there for our mid-levels offering training, support, quality assurance, protocol reinforcement and advocacy. We are located in the center of the San Joaquin Valley, just a short drive can have you at Yosemite National Park, the bay area and its beaches, or the bigger cities of CA.  We continue to expand in an area already in high demand for mid-levels.
