Seeking a candidate for full time position for PA or FNP for an established family practice office in northeast Mesa.  Experience for a minimum of 2 years in Family Practice is required, as you will have a full schedule on day one.  Salary depends on experience and your ability.  A working/shadowing interview will be necessary before hiring.    
 
Hours are Mon-Thurs 8-5 and Friday 8-noon.  Holidays and weekends off.  Wide variety of conditions and patients from newborns to end of life, routine physicals to work-in same day sick appointments and everything in between.  On call one week in four, with minimal after hour calls and no hospital work. 
 
Benefits include 3 weeks paid vacation/CME, 6 sick days/year, every Friday afternoon off, and 8 paid holidays.  Profit sharing and 401(k) plan, health insurance reimbursement, professional fees and malpractice are covered.   
 
We are looking for a compassionate, fast paced, excellent diagnostician with plenty of professional and life experience, ready to jump into a busy practice.  We do a lot of small procedures, keep referrals to a minimum, and no day is ever the same, boring, or repetitive.  Normal schedule is 24 patients on a full day, with capacity for more work-ins depending on your ability.  An incentive bonus is offered based on productivity.
