Advanced Home Health has offices in Sacramento, Benicia (SF Bay Area) and San Diego.  We are looking for PTs to join our team @ all locations.  Sign on bonuses will be offered for full time new hires @ Sacramento and Benicia.

Home Health Physical Therapist -

Will work with patients in their home to increase function and mobility within their own surroundings. Assist with adaptive needs. Work collaboratively with Nursing and Rehab team, ie, RN, LVN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, MSW, HHA to benefit patient and their healing process. Advanced Home Health prefers a full time Physical Therapist, but will consider regular part time schedule.
