Alliance Occupational Medicine began in 2001.  Our name is our mission.  We actively partner with employers, insurance carriers and patients to expedite recovery from work related injuries and provide occupational health services.  We strive to provide employees and employers with the best medical care in a convenient and cost-effective manner.  We have three medical facilities – one located at 315 South Abbott Avenue in Milpitas a second at 2737 Walsh Avenue in Santa Clara, and a third located at 1901 Monterey Road in San Jose.  All three facilities are easily accessible by major Bay Area freeways and are open Monday – Friday 7AM-7PM.  We have full service clinics with primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, hand surgeon, physiatrist, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture.
