Founded in 1970, East Valley Community Health Center has been steadfast in its commitment to meet the health care needs of the low-income and underserved within our targeted community. To provide quality and accessible comprehensive healthcare and health education services to the low-income and underserved populations of the East San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys.East Valley operates four facilities in West Covina, Pomona, Covina and La Puente.

Nutrition, care coordination and case management are an integral part of our medical services. East Valley also provides pharmacy services for uninsured patients.
Within the East San Gabriel and Pomona valleys, East Valley is one of the largest healthcare providers for low-income and uninsured adults; specially those with chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension.
