Elements Pharmacy is a new, start-up pharmacy with a keen focus on patient care including transitions of care, chronic conditions, travel medicine and immunizations.  We will take full advantage of the expanded practice provisions granted to pharmcy in SB 486.  With 25 years experience in retail, specialty and long-term care pharmacy, we will make a difference in patient care.

Elements Pharmacy, located in Studio City, CA will gain liensure from the CA State Board of Pharmacy as of June 1, 2016.  We will be embedded in the local and broader communities through community involvment, social media, advertising and word of mouth.  Through patient assessments, care planning, superior customer serivce, competency and outcomes driven goal, our patients will benefit!
