Our doctors must be prepared to change the world - one myopic child at a time, because our mission is to eradicate myopia from the face of the earth and give every child their best vision for life.

We do it by focusing 100% of our energies - clinical and patient-customer service - on providing legendary myopia control treatments for kids.  To that end, we are looking for an outgoing, clinically talented, outstanding compassionate OD with a strong patient-customer service practice ethic and desire to make our young patients and their parents so happy that they can't help but tell their friends how well they were treated, and how amazing the clinical results were!  You must absolutely LOVE working with people, especially kids, and be genuinely positive, patient and enthusiastic.

Myopia treatment experience (for example, orthokeratology, multifocal soft lenses and atropine) is helpful, but not mandatory.  We will train the necessary clinical skills if you already have the patient-customer service experience, passion and desire to make our patients-guests think they are at a place like Disneyland or a guest at a 5 star hotel.

You must be willing and able to display a warm smile on command, realize you will always be on stage for our guests - both parents and their kids -  and be 100% committed to providing legendary, eventful and memorable clinical care and patient-customer service.
