Southern California Orthopedic Institute is the largest orthopedic specialty group west of the Mississippi.  We are comprised of over 65 licensed professionals which includes 32 orthopedic physicians, physical/occupational therapy, Physician Assistants,  MRI, 4 surgery centers, 5 full-service locations and 530 employees.  PA's are a respected, mid-level provider who are relied upon to work in a partnership with our physicians while providing quality care to the communities we serve.  PA's are utilized both in surgery and in their own independent clinics.  PA's receive market base compensations, along with productivity bonuses, $2,000 annual CEU allowance along with an additional 5 days of PTO for CEU conferences, etc.    SCOI has been in business since the late 1970's (having started with 6 physicians)and is still in a growth mode having just added 3 new physicians.
