IM Health is composed of an elite care team of medical doctors, family nurse practitioners, naturopathic physicians, mental health practitioners, acupuncturists, and chiropractic doctors working together to improve the health of our patients. 
 
We currently have two clinics: Portland Integrated Health located in the Pearl District in Portland Oregon, and our newest addition Oregon Integrated Heatlh located in Eugene Oregon. Both locations are Tier III Patient Centered Primary Care Medical Homes and encompass a unique environment that allows our medical team to extend their reach in care to the community. Our intimate team based approach to care ensures providers have an opportunity to connect per our patients needs. By combining our knowledge across the health care continuum, we deliver coordinated and effective interventions to aid in the success in our patient’s health demands, thus creating a higher daily standard in health care.
