The Clinical Project Development Manager is responsible for exploring, analyzing, proposing and assisting with the development of new service offerings and current service enhancements, and providing as-need clinical support to Operations team. The Clinical Project Development Manager will report to Clinical Product Development Director. |

Requirements: |
Identify new service development opportunities in collaboration with both business and medical personnel. |
Communicate with client organizations and potential partners to explore service enhancements and additional offerings. |
Assist with conducting feasibility studies for new service development. |
Assist with the development and continuous improvement of training programs and processes. |
Assist with preparing and conducting case studies. Write study reports. |
Assist with EHR (Electronic Health Record) use optimization initiatives. |
Lead ICD-10 and meaningful use initiatives. |
Develop and maintain complex project outlines including cost and staffing estimates. |
Perform medical review of scribe training materials. |
Ensure timely execution of projects. |
Measure and report success of planned projects. |

Qualifications: |
Medical or Physician-Assistant degree required (MD/DO/MBBS/MBCHB/PA). |
U.S. clinical experience required. |
Strong knowledge of healthcare facility and provider workflow. |
Basic knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, JCAHO, etc.). |
Familiarity with medical/clinical terminology. |
Strong Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project) expertise. |

Preferred Qualifications: |
Scribing experience highly desired. |
Previous project management experience is preferred. |

Other Requirements: |
The hired individual may be required to work some weekend hours in exchange for weekday hours. |
