Our clients partner with us to give them the providers they need to care for people’s children, people’s parents, people’s grandparents, and people’s friends. We believe that the quality of staff we provide, and our ability to give that staff the information they need to be successful in their jobs, has a direct and immediate impact on people’s lives. Everything that we do is intended to put us in a better position to provide great care to our client’s patients.
2) Fast is better than slow.
More often than not, when our clients need providers, they need them now. Our business is not just about finding good providers and giving them information; it’s about giving our clients the people they need quickly. It’s about preparing our people to seamlessly step in to take care of our clients’ patients. Clients can’t sacrifice speed for quality because their patients can’t wait. 3) Good patient care is a result of experience and information.
As a company in the staffing industry, our ability to find staff with the right skills and experience is critical to our ability to meet our clients' needs. But we think it doesn’t stop there. Experienced healthcare providers need important information to give patients the care that they deserve. We are a business. We make money by placing our providers and billing an hourly rate. Every staffing company does that. Then why are we different? Our starting point is patient care. We want to partner with organizations that feel the same way we do about patient care. Budgets are an important issue for every administrator.
