I have a General Dental family practice for 44 years and am thinking about transition. Please post an ad for graduating students. The problem I have is not enough patients to share for us both. I see about 2 patients a day & Annual Gross is about $125k. So, my practice would not cost a lot of money. But, the Landlord here is very particular; he would not want a Tenant fresh out of school to take over the practice. If the new 'associate' were to come in & (I would help) build a practice, the landlord would allow a take over of the Lease within 2 years.
A dentist with minimum 5 year's experience would be able to purchase the practice outright.
The office is in a prime location, on a ground floor corner, a block south of the intersection of Santa Monica & Wilshire. We can open the windows & get walk-in patients. Beverly Hills High School is 2 blocks down the street.
