| We are currently looking for a compassionate, friendly, hard-working Physician Assistant for our growing pain management practice. Our practice is located in Covina & Pomona. We utilize the latest technology including Allscripts Pro as our electronic medical records. Our office environment is family-oriented and based on teamwork. Duties will include: Evaluating new and ongoing patients in treating issues with chronic pain and/or pain secondary to other chronic conditions by developing a treatment plan that implements physical therapy, steroid injections, and weaning off current schedule II narcotic medications. Requirements: Graduated from an accredited program NP/PA program Current/active PA or NP license Current/active NP furnishing license Current/active NP/PA board certification or in process of obtaining certification DEA prescriptive authority (can be obtained later pending hiring status) NPI number (if applicable) Current/active BLS & ACLS certification Experience is preferred, but willing to train new grads Spanish speaking is preferred, but not necessary Flexible hours available.
