Perfect Smile Dental Care is located in the city of Santa Ana in the heart of Bristol St. Dr. Manuel Perfecto D.D.S has been in practice for over 35 years and bought this practice in 1999.  He build a new practice in 2009 in the city of Rancho Cucamonga in the county of San Bernardino.  He has slowed down in the past 5 years and has been working with associate doctors for at least 8 years.  Our doctors that we have hired normally stay with our offices between 2 to 3 years.  Our longest associate docotor was 7 years.  We are a Cash and PPO offices only.  The office is not fast paced, but the way we schedule our book is productive.  Our office in Rancho Cucamonga has been in practice since December of 2009.  It is an othodontic focused office, however we do general treatments in our office and lately have gotten more and more general treatment patients.  We are clean, efficient, and now we are covid-19 trained to wear proper PPE and ask the appropriate questions to the patients checking in.
