Klamath Health Partnership, Inc. (KHP) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral and community health services to the medically underserved of the Klamath Basin in south central Oregon.   We are committed to the lifetime wellness of our community, by providing accessible care to everyone with compassion and respect, regardless of ability to pay. 

As an FQHC serving the underserved and rural health communities, our organization has been issued a HPSA score of 19 and is an NHSC-approved site.  Due to the shortage of providers and the limited access, our providers most often qualify and receive funding from loan repayment programs.

 The loan repayment sponsoring entity, may establish policies, which may change from time-to-time or abolish, end or limit loan repayment funds.  Such benefits, if any, are subject to funding, eligibility and shall be governed by the terms of entities’ policies and may be changed.  Loan repayment is not guaranteed.
