Serve the People Community Health Center (STP-CHC) is a Level 3 non profit Patient-Centered Medical Home and Federally Qualified Health Center located in Santa Ana, CA. Initially, this ministry began as a vision to feed the hungry, poor, needy and homeless of Santa Ana. Today STP-CHC, in additon to its community known food pantry, provides Medical, Dental, Vision, Telehealth Psychaitry, Behavioral Health and Naturopathic care to those most in need. Over 85% of STP-CHC’s patients are uninsured, 90% live below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and almost 100% live below 200% FPL. A large percentage are suffering from a chronic disease such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and arthritis. It's mission is ,"To provide the physical, mental, emotional and mentoring needs of the poor, children, sick, needy, uneducated, oppressed and lost people. To serve people regardless of religion, ethnicity, race or gender with love, compassion and generosity."
